Role description
We want to be honest with you. If you are looking for a job where you sit behind a desk, answer the phone, sift through thousands of emails and oversee appointments of other people - we are not for you. We need someone who has done (some of) this before, but still has the drive to learn and try new things. Some of the tasks will be:

  • Preliminary Accounting
    • Together with our partner, you will track payments, receipts, communicate with our bank and make sure we align with necessary directives
  • Setup and run an office  (we are going to move by September) with everything that comes with it
    • contact to all service providers, keep track of inventory, orders of office supplies as well as a good drink and snack selection
  • Work together with our people team to craft a phenomenal team culture
    • meaning: help organize events, implement new benefits, support onboarding of new team members
  •  Last but not least: maintain the positive and warming atmosphere

Key requirements
  • You have experience in preliminary accounting
  • You know how it is to work in a startup
    • working independently, we all have a lot of motivation but at times it's a little chaotic, where you are able to establish order
  • You have excellent communication skills in German and English
  • You know how to work the usual office tools (MS-Office)
  • You have an outstanding talent to organize yourself even at busy times
  • Development of a FinTech Start-Up, financed by industry relevant investors and partners
