Role description
  • Lead all Marketing & Communications activities for an AI Investment Product in Europe
  • Establish brand awareness and strong positioning of our brand all across Europe in close alignment with our sales team
  • Define and execute a communication strategy encompassing PR, online and offline marketing, social media, growth hacking initiatives, product launches, etc
  • Create our tone of voice, content and editorial strategy and ensure a consistent experience across all touch-points with our international B2B customers
  • Build a thought leadership including awards, conferences and speaking engagements and help monitor industry news to understand trends in asset management and (AI) technology
  • Work together and coordinate with third-party vendors in the marketing area
Key requirements
  • You are bursting with creative ideas yet also have the organization and hands-on drive to map a careful roadmap and to execute them well
  • You have several years of working experience in Marketing and Communications, preferably in a B2B tech business
  • You have a strong interest in financial topics, knowledge about relevant players in asset management and the credit market space are a plus
  • You are passionate about social media and likely have a strong online presence yourself
  • You are both a planner and an implementer. You have self-initiative and can work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • You have a good understanding of the different KPIs to evaluate campaigns as well as an at least basic understanding of analytics tools
  • You have the ability to work cross-functionally, build partnerships and network
  • You are a critical thinker with flexibility and openness to change and new information
  • You have strong attention to detail, prioritizing skills and are able to meet deadlines
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills both in German and English (any additional language is a plus)
