Role description
If you are looking for an internship in which you can dedicate yourself to a variety of topics and gain insight into the entire organization of a People Team, we have here the perfect offer for you! Partly self-responsible in part together in the team, you will have a massive impact on our corporate culture.



  • With our assistance you will take full responsibility for specific job openings job from the description, interviewing to hiring
  • Support your team in planning interviews
  • Include your ideas to attract more suitable candidates for our company


  • Support us to give new employees a successful start (Onboarding)
  • Support the design of our Learning & Development process
  • Support in organizing regular team events


  • Help us pick and implement new tools that automate our processes
  • Support us to ensure that our documentation of personnel files complies with current guidelines
  • Create documentation of our current processes
Key requirements
  • Ideally, currently enrolled at a university for a degree in economics, psychology or similar
  • Available full time for at least three months
  • Very good analytical skills, quick comprehension, and independent working method
  • Safe handling of MS-Excel
  • Very good English and good German skills
  • You are passionate about HR-related issues and stand out for your hands-on approach and strong conceptual and analytical skills
  • A high level of motivation and dedication, teamwork and a pronounced ability to communicate belong as much to your profile as an independent, structured and conscientious way of working
  • Have a massive impact on the culture of a growing company
